Fashion and Design
Nike and Tiffany & Co. collaborated to create a new version of the classic Air Force 1 sneaker. With a white leather upper, and silver accents, including Tiffany blue Swooshes on the sides, and Tiffany & Co. logos on the heel, the shoe features a sleek appearance. Nike describes the design as "subdued" compared to some of Nike's other collaborations, noting that it is more of a nod to Tiffany & Co.'s iconic color than an overt branding exercise.

Science and Space
Exciting news in the neuroscience sphere. BCI company Precision Neuroscience is working on a device that strives to help patients with paralysis operate digital devices using only neural signals. The company has developed a minimally invasive brain-computer interface (BCI) implant, called Layer 7, which can be inserted via a less than a one-millimeter slit in the skull (WOW!). Unlike other BCI implants that require invasive brain surgery, this device can be used for a range of neurological conditions, including paralysis. Check out this article for more details.
Health and Well-being
The Harvard study, which began in the early 20th century, aimed to discover what makes people happy in life by gathering health records and asking 724 participants questions. The study found that positive relationships are the most consistent factor for happiness, health, and longevity. Career achievements, money, exercise, and a healthy diet were not as significant as positive relationships.
The key to a happy life is called "social fitness," which means that relationships have a physical effect on us. Positive conversations can invigorate us, while romantic strife can disrupt our sleep. To maintain healthy and balanced relationships, it's important to practice social fitness by regularly assessing our relationships and being honest with ourselves about where we're investing our time and energy. More details can be found in this article in the CNBC “Make it” section.
