Coffee with Tanya - Vol. 4

Hello world!

It's been a while and I know you missed me, so let's just get right into it and find some creative, inspiring, and interesting things I've curated recently. Enjoy!

Product, UX, UI, and In Between

I've been watching these guys for a few months now, learning from their case studies on using psychology to create better products. Meet GrowthDesign and check their awesome case studies from Loom, Amazon, Blinklist, YouTube and other great examples. The way they present is so creative!

Dan and Louis-Xavier created a course to help people to use psychology (ethically!) to build better products, sharpen their skills, delight their customers, and help companies scale faster. See their case studies and you might be interested in the course and have the knowledge to do the same for your product.

Music

Classic music lovers (with a twist) this one is for you! Sofiane Pamart is a French pianist, based in Paris and originally from Hellemmes in the suburbs of Lille. He is known to the French public for breaking the elitist codes of classical piano. As a gold medallist at the Conservatoire de Lille, he took a different track to the typical classical music path.

Watch Sofiane playing the first live on a grand piano at freezing temperatures under the Northern Lights, in Lapland, Finland for Cercle.

You can find out more on Spotify, AppleMusic, Deezer, and YouTube.

IMDB - Movies and TV Shows + Books:)

This time I highly recommend watching Stutz streamed on Netflix.

Super heartful, smart, and very inspiring documentary about Phil Stutz. Phil Stutz is one of the world's leading psychiatrists. He's helped countless patients over 40 years, including world-class creatives and business leaders, and among them many therapy skeptics. The show is directed by his friend and patient Jonah Hill, the film explores Stutz's life and walks the viewer through his signature visualization exercises, The Tools.

It was obvious that I would order The Tools book after watching the documentary, which truly provides spiritual and psychological transformation. It's not magic, and there is still a lot to learn about how to apply these tools in a day-to-day life to avoid stress, struggles, and live a calmer life. But it truly helps you find courage, creativity, and willpower!
