Books
In Vol 4, I recommended Chartr, a data-driven insights newsletter into business, tech, entertainment, and society. Last week, they shared Shortform - a learning online platform, that offers summaries and analysis of non-fiction books. The website aims to help readers to save time and gain knowledge by providing insights into the most important and impactful ideas from a variety of books.
Although I enjoy reading full-length books rather than summaries, if you don't have time for that, you might want to try Shortform and discover how much you can achieve in a very short time.
Few books examples:

Science and Space
If you're interested in space exploration and futuristic technology and you like scrolling your phone (who isn’t?!), I highly recommend checking out Space Elevator (both mobile and desktop). This website provides a unique and interactive experience that allows you to learn about the concept of a space elevator, which is a proposed method of transportation from Earth's surface to space. With its cool and detailed illustrations and interactive elements, this website is an excellent resource for anyone who wants to learn about space exploration.
BTW, this was also one of my latest findings in the hackernewsletter, so you should also check it out.

Well-being
Another hack in hackernewsletter was Stretch15. A free 15 min daily stretch routine to help you avoid aches and pains you can do at home or at work. Tap the link and check it out. This one is for all the lazy people reading this:)
